Hi guys
There was Markie "me" Daniel and Sigi All Going to the PSB Concert at the NEC 1999
We all arrived at Birmingham NEC about 4.30 witch was too Early But we didn't care as we where So Excited, We sat down and had some coffee and a long chat to help pass the time.

6pm Well we got to the Doors at 6pm and were told that the show was Delay about an hour so we end up in the Canteen for yet another cup of coffee but I think we need it to keep us going. There weren't that many People that were wearing any PSB merchandise only a few and I,

7.30pm we Actually got into the NEC Arena We found our Seat at last, and sat down! I couldn't believe my eyes where we were siting? 4 rows on the left-hand side Row block A, D, 3 this was the best View... Some People thought that the Sage was too small, but after the show started you can understand why the stage was so small. Looking around the Arena we notes that there were that many people here because there was quit a few empty places.

7.45pm Before it all started the NEC staff Started to count 4 row back and Asking us if we wanted to get up and stand at the Front of the stage, that's if we wanted to! And we didn't hang about all, The show first Started With a protraction of Neil and Chris heads going around and around, also playing a song "for your own good". Well Shortly Neil can on and Boy did Every one Screamed and I mean Screamed, and I wasn't alone, I thought Neil look quit well but tried but then I can image why? Touring from place to place,

Chris also looks quit well too but quit. The shows Started with Neil singing he's heart out to all of those wells know songs, and did we love it. At some Point Neil even Played on the Keyboard too, I was a little up set because I thought Chris might had song a song or something but the Kept Quit on the Keyboard. The Stage Lighting was absolutely Fabulous all Full with Lovely colour and Bight Whit light too, The sound we Brilliants but a little too Loud but mind you we where about 6 feet away from those mighty big speakers. So what do you expect.

The Costume I thought was Rather Hmm Different! But they still kept wearing those silly wigs too, I mist say I did love Chris dredge-logs. I did notes one thing about their costume because seeing them last year, you didn't see much of their faces at all, but this time you did and Neil didn't wear much costume too.I thought the Tribute too dusty He did Quit well it was Put together rather well done. At one Point of the Song " I don't know what you want but I can't give it any more" Neil actually Grab he's Private Part and you should have heard the Screams Bloody hell What a Scram

9.30pm The show stopped for a short brake, and we need to rest too, our poorly Feet where Tried

9.45 The show started again, Neil and Chris came back on and Yet another Screaming:) When Neil started Singing "Shameless" every one in the front was singing along, the Atmosphere was electric, Not one person song out of tune apart from One drunk guy:), but it seem he was enjoying him self anyway. And when they sang "Can you forgive her "We all joined in. I don't think anyone sang at all. They started to play "always on my mind" their was a part when Neil Said "You" this was where we all said "you was always on my mind, you was always on my mind" everyone sung out Quit load. They Played quit a few other New and old song too.

Neil did a UN-plug version of "Drunk" and he doses it Quit well. It was Lovely I couldn't believe where we was So near to Neil. The backing singer did a Great job too, and actually seeing Silver in the flesh was something different for me because I haven't see here close up. We even saw Danton he hasn't changed, they finished but we know they will be back for there Encore So Every one Was Shouting "Pet shop Boys" "Pet shop Boys" "Pet shop Boys" "Pet shop Boys"

10.30Neil and Chris can back on, and sung "Being boring" but this Version was a totally different mix all together. I haven't herd this one at all, then they Played the Big Faunally was "Go west" and "Go West Part 2" and what a big ending, It was like Everyone was Dancing to a big Party, Then they finished and it was all over.

What an ending to a wonderful night! They sure put on a wonderful show for all of use, this was a night we wouldn't forget. Well that's was all then we had Fun Trying to get back home J missing the Wrong truing but we got home At last hehe THE END
